Many believe that a frame house is a house for one generation. Experiences from other countries contradict this. In the United States and Scandinavia, there are hundred-year-old timber-frame houses. They are made of good quality wood, well insulated and protected against the damaging effects of weather conditions. Importantly, the frame house can be easily adapted to a new life situation. You can easily arrange the interior or, if necessary, add a new part of the house.
The frame house should be airtight. No more hot weather, time for indoor comfort.
Our climate is changing, there is no doubt about it. The number of the so-called "Tropical days" with temperatures exceeding 30 ° C has increased several times in the past decades. It is no wonder then that protection against high summer temperatures is becoming increasingly important in new construction as well as in the renovation of older buildings. Attic rooms are the most exposed to overheating in summer. However, the heat can also spread quickly to other areas of the house. Thermal insulation materials made of wood fibers can minimize this effect, providing you with comfortable conditions for relaxation.
Construction timber in the C24 class is high-strength spruce timber and it is solid timber. At the production stage, it undergoes a number of technological processes:
- drying in special chambers according to the PN-EN338 standard
- four-sided planing
- chamfering edges
- quality control
After all, we will get a smooth, planed and chamfered product. The structural wood moisture is 15% to 18%.
Depending on the static requirements or special orders, these sections may be different. (C24 timber cross-sections are converted to HVH or BSH cross-sections if necessary in a static building).
Precise milling (positioning) of wall elements results in accurate, easy and very quick assembly on the construction site and is firmly embedded in milled sockets.
The wood sections and insulation offered in this announcement correspond to the parameters of passive construction. Only the correct way to install insulation in partitions is able to meet the requirements of passive construction.
For thermal insulation we use insulation mats made of wood fiber "Steico".
It is a product with the highest thermal parameters among the thermal insulation systems available on the market.
Proper thermal insulation means cost reduction and climate protection
Proper thermal insulation is necessary to achieve a low demand for heating energy. The low thermal conductivity of wood fiber thermal insulation ensures higher energy efficiency of the entire building. Thanks to this, houses in the STEICO system are particularly energy-efficient and economical. This is a guarantee of effective protection against loss of valuable heat in winter and against overheating of the house in summer.
Noise protection - from the outside and from the inside.
Diffusion openness means safe moisture management.
Efektywność energetyczna potwierdzona certyfikatem Instytutu Budownictwa Pasywnego.
No more heat, it's time for comfort under the roof.
Energy efficiency - it is important to consciously and reasonably choose the technologies and building materials that will allow you to obtain the required parameters.
